Asia's Tallest Mural by Hendrik Beikirch

"German artist hendrik beikirch, known by his alias ECB has created asia's tallest mural in busan, south korea, by painting a monochromatic image of a local fisherman in his 60's on a building stretching over 70 meters (230 ft.) in height. set to contrast architect daniel libeskind's haeundae i’park building in the background, the installation becomes a symbol for the rapid development of korea and the progression of financial growth within a country that was poor not to long ago.

The mural of the working class man represents a significant portion of korea‘s population that has not been affected by the economic growth and until now, lives under very different circumstances compared to their affluent neighbors. staring into an intangible space with his face marked with wrinkles, still wearing long plastic gloves – a sign that there are still men and women like him at this age working for a living.

Despite this, the painting conveys a positive message seen in the emotion shown by the fisherman, where statement in korean letters translate the phrase 'where there is no struggle, there is no strength'. unlike other artists, the entire installation is conceived without of a projector or a sketch on the wall. the project was developed in collaboration with public delivery, an organization who has contributed to the promotion
of contemporary art throughout Asia and Europe." -

Lupe Fiasco - Bitch Bad/American Terrorist Pt.2

Lupe always has a way with getting his words/views across in such a powerful way. I grew up listening to his mixtapes/albums.

Lupe Fiasco - Bitch Bad

"Bitch bad, women good, lady better, they misunderstood"

One of the best comments:

Can't wait for Food & Liquor 2, however it will apparently be his last.

Lupe Tweets: "My father I have spoken the truth to them yet it has only made my life in this world more troubled. I can bear this no longer… I have spoken peace only 2 receive vitriol and malice in return. My brother seeks destruction my sister seeks attention paths to nothingness. I’d die for them… but they’d probably spit on my grave… I still will die for them… Just bury me in a place far from their reach… Amin. This album will probably be my last… Its been a pleasure to have all my fans provide so much love an inspiration for me and my family, but my heart is broken and I see no comfort further along this path only more pain. I cannot participate any longer in this… My first true love was literature so I will return to that… Lupe Fiasco ends here…"

Deep. Really hope he does not leave .... however I would definitely look forward to a novel from him.

"Impossible has taken the wraps off their latest innovation, the Instant Lab, with a new Kickstarter campaign. Designed to bridge the digital and analog worlds, the latest device is capable of turning digital iPhone images into analog instant photos using Impossible film. The Instant Lab features a cradle to hold an iPhone with a highly specialized lens designed to focus the image from the Retina display onto the film plane. At the base of the device is a high-precision film processing unit with extendable bellows to ensure the correct distance between the iPhone, optical system, and film. At the heart of the device is the Impossible Film Processing Unit (FPU). a modular platform designed to process and develop Impossible instant film. An accompanying app will allow users to select and crop images and will do all the necessary calculation to create the proper exposure regardless of the kind of Impossible instant film used. From today until October 8 Impossible aims to raise at least $250,000 USD to fund the production and those who decide to pre-purchase the device on Kickstarter will be eligible for a chance to win special edition versions such as the All Black version and the limited production Gold Edition."

Team Top End

Top End is a club for NSX owners in Japan (Kanto area). Their car's are built for the Wangan, and are essentially the perfect balance between showcar snazziness and laptime obliterating track stars.  See more Here

There was also a black supercharged NSX from Importfest Toronto, that was actually given the approval in regards to joining the club. (photography courtesy of JDMChicago)

Advan RS wheels with TEIN flex coils.

Rare Gruppe M supercharger

Enough chatter. Onto the vids.

And a slew of photography.
