DTP - Day 1 of 28

I started a new program today. My goal is to completely transform myself, both physically and mentally in hopes of attaining some sort of enlightenment in regards to life.

By applying what I learn in the gym (via discipline and hard work) to real life applications such as school, work and relationships, I'm absolutely positive I will be able to make a difference for the better.

Anyways,  here are some shots of my recent food purchases + how tiny I look right now. (I'm posting from my phone so I can't edit the order of pictures/add in captions.)
