Bud Light Platinum

I saw the commercial as it aired during the Super Bowl last week and coincidentally just saw it again while watching an episode of The Walking Dead on AMC.

I'm very curious on the taste of this. Even though I'm just a casual drinker, I've had a genuine interest in different types of beer. At first glance, this would seem like a typical manufactured gimmick to increase sales, (hence the blue bottle + "Platinum" branding) however Bud Light Platinum has an alcohol content of 6% (which is higher than both Bud Light - 4.2% and Bud - 5%) and contains 137 calories which is 8 calories less than the regular Budwiser.

Once I get a taste, I'll be sure to write a review.
