KTM X-Bow + Audi TT RS 5 Cylinder Turbo

Initially launched at 2008's Geneva Motor Show, Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM has revealed that upcoming street-legal editions of its super lightweight X-Bow will feature an engine sourced from the Audi TT RS.

An upgrade over the Audi 2.0 litre TFS1 turbocharged engine that appeared in the "R" version of the vehicle, the new engine boasts 2.5 litres and five cylinders capable of 360 hp and 343 lb-ft of torque in its stock configuration.

However, while speaking at this year's Geneva Motor Show, KTM CEO Stefan Pierer revealed that the modified version of the engine would be capable of closer to 480 hp - an insane amount of power for such a tiny, open-air two-seater.

Stay tuned for further info on the latest edition of the X-Bow as KTM is currently testing prototypes of the vehicle on the track.
