The Race of Champions is an international motorsport event held at the end of each year, featuring some of the world's best racing and rally drivers.
The 2012 R.O.C was the 25th running of the event and took place at the Rajamangala Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, December 14-16th.

All the races were 2 laps (1.1394 km). |
Champions from numerous series were invited, including Formula One (Sebastian Vettel and Michael Schumacher), MotoGP (Jorge Lorenzo and Mick Doohan), WTCC (Andy Priaulx), V8 Supercars (Jamie Whincup), PWRC (Benito Guerra), IndyCar (Ryan Hunter-Reay), eight-time 24 Hours of Le Mans winner Tom Kristensen and GP2 (Romain Grosjean).

The 2012 edition marked the first in the history of ROC for drivers from India, Thailand and Mexico to compete. Sebastien Ogier was the only former 'Champion of Champions' in attendance.

Seven cars were used throughout the event. They include;

- Lamborghini Gallardo Trofeo
