So way back when I was in highschool, I fucked my rotator cuff in my left shoulder, trying to be a badass and benchpress nearly 3 times my weight. Not smart.
Hibernation season is pretty much over (bulking), so it's time to get in shape for the summer time sunshine. 3 days into training however, my shoulder starts acting up, I mean real bad. So bad that I can barely move anything as little as 15lbs over my head. I haven't been to the doctors yet, (I should really do this) but I'm assuming I have an acute tear. Long story short, this video saved my life. Stretching, and working out all the small muscles are now on my to-do list lol.
